SHANTANU CHHABRA
Shantanu Chhabra (MBA, M Process Management) is a Senior Business Analyst. His expertise lies in Process Management, business systems and Business Strategy. Shantanu has held various professional positions including a current Senior business analyst at Queensland Department of Education, Shantanu excels at advising businesses to achieve their strategic objectives. Shantanu’s primary responsibility in YFO is to provide strategic management, improving efficiencies of the organisation’s business practices and implementation of new policies and procedures.
GRAHAM PRINGLE
Graham Pringle (PhD Candidate, MA (Outdoor Education), Dip Soc Sci (Psych), Dip Ed, CIV Adventure Based Youth Work, CIV TAE) is the Training Director of YFO. He conducts the research behind our model and frequently trains adults and presents at conferences domestically and internationally.
JEFF MCLEAN
Jeff McLean (MBA) is a Board and Committee Member, Managing Director and Senior HR Professional with extensive board-level experience and particular expertise in Complex Global Enterprises, Logistics, Transportation, Manufacturing and Not-for-Profit sector. Jeff brings a depth of commercial experience, business growth, governance and organisational transformation to the Board of YFO.

ANDREW NEWEY
Andrew Newey (DipBusProg, AICD Member) is the chair of YFO and brings a depth of experience in business change, strategic planning and quality assurance to YFO’s management. Andrew is leading our five-year plan (see below) to achieve sustainable growth and value.
