Jaimee Galloway serves as the Local Area Manager for Gold Coast and Brisbane. She holds a Bachelor of Education, and additional qualifications in outdoor recreation, community services and emergency management. She has worked with young people in outdoor environments for the last decade, and is an active member of the State Emergency Services.
Joanna Gibson graduated with a Masters of Social Work and is currently completing a Certificate 4 in Outdoor Leadership. She has over seven years of experience working with children, youth and their families. Joanna is a strong advocate for young people and works from a strengths-based, solution-focused perspective. She has lived in Canada for five years and was an Instructor and Therapist at a wilderness based program for youth at risk.
Louisa holds a degree in Recreation Leadership. She has 20 years’ worth of leadership and managerial experience within the outdoor adventure industry and has worked with a variety of organisations dealing with youth at risk, people with disabilities and mental health issues. A clear communicator and patient mentor, Louisa’s approach focuses on the individual through adapting and approaching them from their perspective. She has a passion for nature and adventure, and believes in the awareness and resilience that comes from spending time outdoors.
