Jaimee Galloway
CEO, Senior Adventure Therapy Manager

Jaimee has a diverse professional and qualification background including education, emergency management, outdoor leadership, vocational training, youth mental health and case management. She has extensive experience with complex young people, program design, crises intervention, educational adjustment and behavior management.

Graham Pringle
Founder, Training Director

Graham Pringle (PhD Candidate, MA (Outdoor Education), DipSocSci (Psych), CIV Adventure Based Youth Work) is the Program Director of YFO. He conducts the research behind our model and frequently trains adults and presents at conferences domestically and internationally.

Kayleen Johnson
Business Manager

Kayleen has worked in the not for profit sector for over 10 years across a range of different areas including fundraising, event management and business development. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge supporting community engagement and strategic program partnerships.

Brett Stanford
Team Leader

Brett holds a Masters of Education (school guidance and counselling), as well as a Bachelor of Education and a degree in Outdoor Recreation Leadership. Brett has a background working in schools as a specialist outdoor education teacher and later a high school guidance officer for 20 years. Brett enjoys working with young people mostly in wild nature to support, nurture and mentor their developmental growth. Brett encourages advocacy in young people and their families focused on strength-based empowerment through reflection on personal choice and agency with sensitivity to developmental trauma. Brett enjoys his own engagement in wild nature mostly through bushwalking and canoeing
